Mr. Tavier Lau Chi Kuen, JP, Sponsoring Member of the HKBU Foundation, has been re-appointed as Member of the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research by the HKSAR Government for a two-year term with effect from 1 July 2017. Mr. Lau is currently Associate Dean of Graduate School, Associate Dean of Communication and Principal Lecturer of the Department of Journalism of HKBU.
