Dr. Joseph Lee Chung Tak, GBS, OStJ, JP, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation, will be awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Social Science by City University of Hong Kong in November 2017, in recognition of his significant contributions to education and the well-being of society. Dr. Lee is currently Chairman of Wofoo Foundation Limited.
