Dr. the Hon. Moses M.C. Cheng, GBM, GBS, OBE, JP, Member of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation, has been appointed as Member of the Financial Leaders Forum by the HKSAR Government for a two-year term with effect from 18 August 2017.

Dr. Cheng has also been appointed as Member of the Aviation Development and Three-runway System Advisory Committee for a two-year term with effect from 1 August 2017.

Dr. Cheng is currently Consultant of P.C. Woo & Co.
