Dr. Rafael Aharoni, BBS, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was recently appointed as Assistant Governor of Rotary International District 3450 in the 2018-2019 term. Dr. Aharoni is currently Chairman of The Israeli Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
