Tung Wah Group of Hospitals hosted its Joint Dinner of the Boards of Directors 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 3 April 2019. Officiating guests included The Hon. Lau Kong Wah, JP, Secretary for Home Affairs; and Professor the Hon. Sophia Chan, JP, Secretary for Food and Health. A number of HKBU Foundation members were also invited to join the dinner. They included Dr. Justin Chiu; Dr. Tony Tai and Dr. Lo Tai Chin; Dr. Christina Lee; and Professor Ting Sun Pao. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, attended the dinner on behalf of the University.
