Professor Liu Pak Wai, SBS, JP, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed as Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Post-office Employment for Former Chief Executives and Politically Appointed Officials for a term of two years with effect from 1 July 2019. Professor Liu is currently Research Professor of the Lau Chor Tak Institute of Global Economics and Finance and Emeritus Professor of Economics of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
